Résolution du litige Pivot Point – Magnard-Vuibert ​

​Pivot Point International et Pivot Point France (SAS Préparation Pédagogie Formation) ont fait valoir leurs droits d’auteur sur des illustrations formalisant leur méthodologie spécifique d’apprentissage de la coiffure dans le cadre d’un litige devant le Tribunal judiciaire de Paris, les opposant à Magnard-Vuibert. Un règlement amiable a été trouvé entre les parties, mettant fin au litige. Les termes de cet accord sont confidentiels et ne seront pas détaillés. Toutefois, les parties ont convenu d’insérer dans les livres Magnard-Vuibert existants, faisant l’objet de la réclamation, un encart précisant que les illustrations ont été adaptées des illustrations originales des sociétés Pivot Point International et Pivot Point France (SAS Préparation Pédagogie Formation) et qu’elles sont reproduites avec l’autorisation expresse de ces dernières, uniquement pour l’année scolaire 2024-2025.​

​​Pivot Point International and Pivot Point France (SAS Préparation Pédagogie Formation) have asserted their copyright on illustrations formalizing their specific methodology for learning hairdressing in a dispute before the Paris Judicial Court against Magnard-Vuibert. A settlement has been reached between the parties, putting an end to the dispute. The terms of the settlement are confidential and will not be disclosed. However, the parties have agreed to insert a note in the existing Magnard-Vuibert books that are the subject of the claim, specifying that the illustrations have been adapted from the original illustrations of Pivot Point International and Pivot Point France (SAS Préparation Pédagogie Formation) and are reproduced with their express permission, for the 2024-2025 school year only.​
